Sony India — bad customer care

i went twice to your customer care center.first day i was 15 min late but everyone was their, they didnt took my phone. problem is i went across the whole city for it Next day they said went cant take your phone because warranty over and we had to send this phone to chandighar for the repair which will take 15 days the only thing i asked was to repair its speaker what is this you dont have people capable to repair a phone worst people you have really 40000 rs phone and you cant even repair a speaker
