My "Sony WT19i" fell from stairs and was not turning ON. This happened last month and i gave it to authorised service centre [MADONNA CARE CENTER, D.NO 334/D1, MENAKA ARCADE, JANATHA J., VYTTILA, COCHIN- 682019 ]. At first they told it was display complaint and kept my Phone there for almost 20days. Since there was no progress I bought my Phone back. Then the next day they called and told screen arrived from Chennai. So i gave the Phone again to the service centre. After fitting the display they gave me the Phone saying display is OK now but Mic is complaint and they cant do anything about that and use earphones to make calls. Also gave me a bill of 2700₹. If they could not find the problem in the first place, why they are authorised? And if Mic is complaint what is the use if me spending almost 3k ₹ for a phone? Better was i Buy a new phone. Its was their job to tell what was all the complaint.. right?? I want some compensation or please take down their authorisation title.
