My bdv-e4100 (Home theatre) was suddenly having issues, went to sony service center vigneshwar service in bangalore, kept the system for 2 months and then i got it picked up as they says part is not available, it was just a 2-3 years old system very worst service, no calls, no intimations, no eta, pathetic handling of the issue. Spoke to sony customer service, they says they will share me a replacement of a lesser unit as part caanot be procured and system is out of stock. I said no and need a correct replacement with either similar feature product, which they are unable to. Most products in their website with bluray is discontinued though they are still appearing in website. Finally i selected an inferior product and told them the same as requested for. But then suddenly out of blue, they told me they will procure the parts but no eta and lately, they stopped responding, there is no response, no mail reverts, no call, they are also not taking my calls... Am completely in a soup. I need immediate help and it has been 3 months i am sitting with a non functional product which is a marriage anniversary gift. Was this information helpful? |
