Sony India — Bluetooth, wifi, tethering and now radio not working

Since last few months I am suffering from the problem with my phone that is I cant share anything via bluetooth.It doesnt connect with other devices because of this other some applications of sharing are also not working like flash transfer, xender, etc.Now fm radio is not working.
I have xperia Zr.Once I have replaced my phone because of software problem.I am from ahmedabad, what is the reason for this.
