Bought 65inches sony tv from reputed company in puducherry assuming it will be good product. Within 13/14 months, problem of board occured in such costly tv. No one is coming forward to solve my problem rather they were only demanding money for replacing. Now i doubt the quality of sony tv given to us
My complaint id : 60900028. After visiting my house, representative of sony simply saying to replace the board. Which was not expected from reputed sony company. No one cares for it. Pl note in this lock down period, exactly after 14 th month, this is happening. Now how can i believe the quality of entire product supplied by me is of premier quality or just for giving us offer, company show room given my defective product to me. For few days myself and family is in agony. We used to buy sony products, till date i was not facing any problem, but those products are small - in the range fo rs 27000/-
But now, such costly affair was happened. Simply sony service centre of puducherry and show room people keeping quiet - except demanding further money from me for replacement. They were not worried about the quality of sony product supplied to me.
Pl resolve at earliest before i take it to consumer court. I am really upset on sony service centre people. Need solution to the problem. If required, pl replace complete tv after ascertaining that tv suppled to be is defective only. If not, pl give assurance.
