We bought sony bravia tv, w56d series, model no.- klv - 40w562d, serial no.- 4074322, on 15 sep 2016. During the time of installation, neither the installer, nor the shopkeeper informed us about any kind of stabilizer and they just installed the tv without it. We were using the tv without any stabilizer from past 2 years. And few days ago it automatically shuts down. After complaining @ sony service centre. Two men arrived today and gone through the backside panel of the tv. And they told that we need to change the whole panel which costs rs. 18000. This is worse. Sony is a good brand. These cheap workers are slaying the goodwill of this company. They could have informed us the important information, the day we were buying the product. Because of them, now we have to suffer the loss. And we are not going to spend a single penny. It was not our fault. I request you to take some legal action or else it would be our last deal with you. We won't get our tv repaired. Was this information helpful? |
