I have brought klv-40w562d model tv in may 2016. After exactly 4 years suddenly got the black screen and no sound. If we play any video using external input, after 2mins its going black and no response.
Registered a complaint and no response from the service yet.
Sony customer care representative saying that "its all about electronic devices, and no guarantee after an year" in that case why should we spend this much money instead going for non branded to enjoy for an year?.
This needs to be addressed to retain the brand value.
Will see the response in couple of days from now and will publish the update in social networking groups to alert the friends not to lose money. Was this information helpful? |
