I've had a very long and strong relationship with you... But now I'm afraid our relationship has come to a very strained and bleak future...
I started with your Walkman and most recently bought your noise cancelling headset... MX2. in between, I've had many, many of your products from Mobile devices to televisions...
I endorsed your brand with almost every electronics purchase. I currently own 2 Bravia TVs, my daughter currently uses your xperia ZX, i have 2 of your dvd players... it was a good experience...
however off late, I'm having repeated issues with the last TV i purchased (you can check the details from below job order... I had to change the mother board (Rs 7K) within just over a year, and now have to change another panel estimated @ Rs 6K.
This is absurd and I'm baffled. Is it because of the poor quality of your product or is it the quality of your service center?
In today's competitive market, the last thing you need is to push loyal customers like me away from your brand.
While I like and enjoy your products, I don't think I deserve this. I have given the TV to your Service center 'M/s Expert Zone' in Calicut. Could you look into this and advise?

PS: Customer Service and professional telephone behavior needs a serious review at this service center. People need to understand that the callers or visitors here are already upset while calling/on arrival. Empathy and diligence whilst answering/attending would be just basic courtesy...
