I am a videographer since 7 years.
On 16th November 2020 I had purchased a Sony camera A7 S3 model costing 2.98 lakhs from pioneer camera, vytila. Ever since I bought it I have been having different issues with the camera. I had approached the service centre many times & each time I am there with a new complaint . This has been effecting my work n when I mentioned that I was given a substitute camera once, But during my event even that substitute Clip complaint and that also effected my work. I have suffered a lot of financial loss and this has also spoiled my reputation in my business . I am also facing legal charges filed by my clients as I had lost their clips due to the damage in this camera . The last time I gave for service is on[protected] I have not got a permanent solution till date for this . The Sony Service center has failed to acknowledge my complaints and also they don’t accept the failure in their product despite these continuous events rather they claim that the camera is in good condition and that it not a damaged piece . This faulty or damaged camera has caused a lot of problems to me, financially, emotionally, legally, mentally and also has cost me my reputation. So I kindly request you to take necessary action to solve my problem in my best interest.
