I purchased a sony camera model No.DSC-H300E32 on January 23rd 2014 from Baba enterprises, Pazhavangadi at Trivandrum, kerala. The product has 2 year warranty. After a week i used camera for taking movies. At the time of recording i noticed that the recording picture is not clear, alternately it will blink and the picture quality was very bad. But there was no problem for taking still photos. I complained this to the purchased shop to replace the product they said that the product have 2 year warranty so it can be repaired from the service centre. Then i took it to the service centre that is Madonna sales and service, Plamoodu, Pattom, Trivandrum. After two week they called me and said that the camera was ok. According to this i went to the service centre and asked about the problem for the camera they replied that the lens was complaint and was replaced. I collected and went back to home. The next day i used the camera it showed the same problem. Again i took it to the service centre. Two days before they call me and told the camera was ok. I went to collect the camera, this time i checked the camera and found the same problem. Again they said that lens was replaced I have not collected the product yet from the service centre. The job number of my camera in the service centre is J41218841 on 9/6/2014. I purchased this camera for my family use and not for put in the service centre. Now pls i want to replace the same model camera from the Sony. Please notice my feelings and i hope you will take necessary action and waiting for a favourable reply. Was this information helpful? |
