Sony India — CAMERA NOT AVAILABE & PHONE HANGING ISSUE | |
i have purchased sony M2 dual just 3.5 month back and today phone camera not working as showing camera not available and phone hanging issue am facing since after 20-25 days. from the purchase.
2nd i have submitted my phone at sony service center and they have given one week time to repair my phone without any standby phone .
So now i have to wait for one week or i have to purchse a new phone for the time.
So totally not satisfied with sony india product as well as service also very wrost condition.

they have treated customer as just like this there is no seriousness look on there behaviour.
and about phone also not good as hanging start after 20-25 days from the date of purchase.
