Sony India — Cell phone not deliver by service center

My Cell phone Sony Z2 submitted to service center for repair as on 10/05/2016 and my Job Sheet No is W[protected], i requested to service center for return my cell phone, but they continuously said that your cell phone is on transport for last 15 days, i continuously calling at Toll Free No [protected] but they are not responding well
