Sony India — Comlaint against Customer Care Center in Bhiwani (Haryana) regarding not provide warranty facility.

R/Sir, I am owner of Sony Xperia M2 Dual mobile handset bearing IMEI Number [protected] which is under warranty period. At the time of Charging the handset a liquide line appears on screen due to some technical fault/problem. I contacted Customer care Center Bhiwani many a times in last 3 months and the same handset also sent to Bombay unit of the company regardingr this problem by th, e said customer care center. But after spoil 3 valuable months no service provide to me by changing the screen as per warranty by the said customer care center even company provide replacement screen to the said cc center. Such type of activity is deficiency in services. Kindly direct this Customer care center to replace screen of my handset immediately as per warranty.
