Respected sir/madam,
I had purchased the KDL-50W900B smart tv from chromo store of Ashram Road branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat back in 2015. At the time we were not in position to set the tv on the wall. At that time that two technician named Piyush whose mobile number is +91 [protected] and Mitesh whose mobile number is +91 [protected] said us that whenever in future you need to mount the tv on wall just call us back. I still have the Installation Service coupon with me and have attached the photo of same. And now in current scenario when I called Piyush one of the technician 3 days before, he said us that the installation charges 400₹ + stand charges 5000₹ need to paid for the installation.
After that I called the sony customer care number and depicted the above scenario, they sent a technician for evaluation and he said that the stand needs to be given by the technician who installed the tv and he went back. And today another man came named Sajid whose phone numbers are +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] came and took the photo of the tv and the coupon and said that he will check in the system. And after some time(taking about today) nearly after 1 hour he called back and said that he would is ready to install tv with some extra charges of stand and installation. And at last I am on this portal writing the scenario.
And another thing I had only got the tv and the table top stand during the delivery time with two 3d glasses, two remotes and the HDMI cable with the booket. There wasn't any wall stand or any of its kit in the box. And another thing that I remembered that from one(Piyush or Mitesh) of them said that they would bring the wall stand whenever in future I needed to mount the tv they would bring the kit with them.
