2. Ms. Rimi pal acting as his wife ms. Rakshita n w/o n. Karthicketan d/o thiru nirwane gowda as per marriage certificate submitted to us. Complaining against them for committing fraud & doing cheating with innocent people.

Respected sir,
Our company is engaged in the business of providing hospitality services and we are running hotel liv inn delhi at naraina and a guest mr. N. Karthickeyan came to stay at our hotel on[protected]. He gave us an impression that he is working with sony india pvt ltd as regional manager (Asia) & submitted us the id card also. While we communicated with him, he offered us huge discount because of his position in sony on the sony products and we gave him rs. 60, 000/- for booking of 3 leds for 40” led & also offered us 3 free musical systems and he also gave us the invoice copy (Attached is the invoice copy & the id card). Then on[protected] evening he accompanied with his wife to the hotel and gave us the marriage certificate as id proof. We were having no doubts on both of them as everything seems ok. At 10 0 clock night, mr. Karthickeyan told us an emotional story about his brother that he wanted to deposit 26 lacs for his admission in a course but have collected 25 lacs & still 1 lac is pending. He asked us to help him & requested for rs. 1 lakh cash and he said he will transfer the same to my bank account on the same time. And he transferred rs. 1 lakh in my account immediately and i paid him rs. 1 lakh in cash. To our shock on[protected] it was just unbelievable that the lady we thought as his wife was not his wife and was his friend as disclosed by her (Ms. Rimi pal was her real name). She was crying & told us that the man has cheated her as he had taken all her account details & atm card also and transferred more than rs. 1 lakh from her account and ran away. Even he had taken our hotel keys and didn’t return back from[protected] time 12 noon to our hotel. And as per hotel policy after the stipulated time of not coming back to the hotel and we tried him calling many times but not able to talk to him so when we opened his room, we found the following things:-
1. Chq no: 539261 without date from the account of some wasim akram (A/c no: [protected]) drawn on bank account of state bank of bikaner and jaipur, dlf phase-1 branch, gurgaon in the name of n. Karthickeyan (Account payee) amounting to rs. 28, 00, 000/- (Twenty eight lacs only/-)
2. Some old clothes
3. Invoice at the address of hotel relax inn, patel road, rajendra place, new delhi for the apparel he ordered from flipkart during his stay in the month of march 2017. Invoice copy attached for your ready reference. Invoice amounting to rs. 737/- from flipkart to the hotel relax inn address.
Our hotel livinn bill of rs. 14, 755/- is also pending of his stay from[protected] to[protected]Bill copy attached)
Now the lady ms. Rimi pal (Mob: [protected]) is calling us for knowing the whereabouts of the man mr. N. Karthickeyan. We are having doubt that even the lady is lying and is a partner with the man and they are into fooling & committing frauds & doing cheating with the innocent people and their targets may be more so kindly take actions on priority. Even we have a doubt that the account is not of her as she told her name as anjali in our verbal communication and the account is by name rimi pal. Kindly check.

Request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis & take action.
