My sony tv is less than 3 years old, it randomly stopped working so i called the company and asked them to pick it up. Now they're telling me that the motherboard has to be changed. This is definitely a manufacturing defect because its not possible for the motherboard to stop working so soon. I've attached a copy of the estimated expense paper along with this.

Hi sir my sony ht rt3 home theater display not working please solve my problem
sony people suerly told you that it will cost around 6000rs. ..as me also afected with this... and issue is with only minute part but they don't know how to repair it and thus they repalce it completely.. be sure coz i was told secretly that it can be repaired but sony has no policies of repair ..and make sure they will repalce a genuine ...coz i have seen all technicians are very frauds of SONY brand ... very bad service amongst all brands .. any time compailnts get cancalled with idiotic reasons like customer not responding.. and bla bla.. very bad brand in service even customer is egar to pay relevent charges ..

    I have purchased sony xperia xa/black gray mobile

    On 5/3/2017,

    Now, last 5 months my mobile showing problem like, whenever i play video it's showing video can not play. And mobile suddenly goes silent mode & same problem audio also, & mobile's functions not operating,, it's so much hanging problem... So many screens opens,, screen is blinking.

    For that i have visited service center 1/7/2017 at aurangabad, that time they are only updated mobile operating system & formatting my mobile in warranty. And they said u don't update mobile applications like video player, audio player & xperia system app,,, that within 1 day mobile showing same problem, it's not works videos & audio, then i visited again after 2wks 28/07/2017 service center, that time they said u don't use jio sim in this mobile and don't use memory card & they are again updated mobile operating system in my mobile. After that i m not using jio sim in my mobile, & not using memory card also but yet mobile showing same problem.

    Then again i visited. On 10/08/2017. Sony service center that time they change my mobile's motherboard & i recived this mobile 22/08/2017. But yet mobile showing same problem.

    They are not solved my problem, not recived my calls, then i m visited 3 times but the problems are continued and till now i am facing. But they are not responding me. They are not replace my mobile in warranty.

    Sir, i have all the related documents... Sir, i just want all my money wasted by punching this mobile.. And compensation for the wasted day... I just wants my money else replace my mobile.

    Yet my mobile in warranty..

    Sir, please help me..

      I have purchased a bravia led tv from prerna electrovision scf 49 sect 3 huda market faridabad vide invoice no. Pe29/00895 dated 27/06/2017 on the name of mahender kumar gupta house no, 6/404, khatri wara old faridabad haryana 121002. After purchasing the same led tv the power switch (On, off) of remote is not working.in this regard i approach in sony customer care no.[protected], the customer executive mr. Ankit guide me for visit to our authorised service center on dated 10/09/2017. After demanding by me the address of authorized service center they give me the address sai electronics 5c/12, railway road nit, faridabad. On dated 11/09/2017 i visited the sai electronics, authorised service center with led remote of sony.in authorized service center i met with ms soniya, i told her my problem and handover my remote in good condition to ms soniya after demanding her. She take it inside the room saying that i checked it. After some time later she return back and said it is damaged and can not be changed. After many request she ready to prepare a service job sheet.in service job sheet she mentioned that the remote damage from upper side but i handover it in good condition. She also mentioned in customer complaint that remote damage from upper side and opened, but my complaint is other. My complaint is that the power switch of the remote is not working. My remote was in good condition when i handover it to ms sonia.

      Ms sonia's behavior was not good with me. She misguide the customers and harassed them. I have purchased another two led sony bravia tv there is no any problem in those tv's & thinking that i have purchased another third t. V.

      You are requested to kindly solve my issue regarding the remote as early as possible under intimation me.

      no response has been given by sony india customer support. Very shamefull for sony india. Sony india Product is not a quality product. I never recommend anybody to buy the sony product. Sony India is not care of their customer

      I have received a phone call from sony india pvt ltd customer support, she refused to repair my remote saying that your remote is broken and out of warranty. But My remote was in good condition when I handover it to Ms Sonia in Company's authorised service center M/s Sai Electronics Faridabad . She Issued a Job Sheet No. J72385832 marking that remote is broken but I correct this written that handover a good condition remote to Ms Sonia. If the remote was broken why she accept the broken remote and issue the job sheet.
      no response has been given by sony india customer support. Very shamefull for sony india
      sony india is a very fraud company. I never recommend anybody to buy the sony product. Sony India is not care of their customer

        You are # #, you give warranty to a product but if a product is damaged you guys have an excuse stating it does not come under warranty, you manufacture extremely sensitive wired earphones and once the wire began loose and that too only within 4 months of purchase (700 rs) you people just ignore it. You # #. I bought a sony earphones after the one i received as an accessory with my mobile was damaged and only one side was working, i invested 700 rs and bought a new set of earphones and now within 4 months again the one side has stopped working because the earphones were very sensitive and accidentally the wire broke and obviously it won't come under your warranty. If one side of earphone doesn't work it comes under warranty but the wire should not be broken this # logic is illogical. You guys suck

          I have been a loyal customer of your sony brand but my brother got bad experience from your service center. They behaving like street fighters, they dont have manners. I am total upset these type of reputed company behaving like shameful company.
          I tried call your regional head and she told me she will give a quick response but i dint get anything.

            On 30/8/2017 i purchased the led from ganesh electronics huda complex near hdfc bank rohtak. When led was installed on same date right at time installation there were issues in color and display was going black i was told that it would be ok. I regurlarly follow up the on his ph no [protected]. After two days i was told by the same person that i should launch the complain on rohtak service centre of sony on ph [protected]. The complaint of the same was launched on[protected] on toll free no. Wide complaint no[protected] and after making repetitive calls on 6-9-2017 sony engineer visited my house and that time screen was black and sound was not coming i was told by engineering that it was serious defect with the manufacturing. Then i made call to rohtak service centre i was told that only component will be changed and i demanded that the piece of lcd should be replaced by new one. The rohtak centre denied it that they will only change component and set will not be changed and the concrened person dealing on ph no [protected] treated abusively on phone and arrogantly said that whatever you do nothing will be done. Then i contacted ganesh electronics from where the led was purchased and after call of retailer to sony service centre rohtak the sony service centre visited my place and has taken defective led to their service centre on 6/9/2017. Presently led is at sony service centre. Now it is totally frustration on behalf of customers as service centre people are not dealing properly and i am making repetitive calls to toll free no of sony and i request you kindly replace the piece with new one and take necessary action as there is manufacturing defect and it should be replaced by new set. The copy of invoice and attachment is with the attachment. As a customer i feel cheated after purchasing sony product and kindly change the piece of led with new one otherwise i will be moving for litigation

              In future i never buy any product of Sony.

                Very sorry to say, within 18 months my tv failed to work, costing rs, 53900/, suddenly picture& voice disappeared from screen when i was watching news. I am the only person to operate tv single handed, i am chartered accountant and dont have more time so my tv has very less hours of operation. Technitian says penal is not working. I have already deposited my tv to your service stationat ahmedabad job no. J72372603

                    I bought a sony 22p422c -22" led in 10/11/2015 his serial number 5460 with 1+2 year extended warranty. Before 3days i can't see anything in my tv. When i on my tv then i see tv screens are totally white. But i hear sound.

                      I purchased one cybershot battery np-bn1 of sony made for rs.2890 from m/s exclusive brand store on 7/9/17. Now i have noticed that manufacturing date is printed nov 15 on it and the price written on it is rubbed and defaced by marker pen and then some sticker bearing new price is pasted over that. I am very much shocked and feel cheated by this act of vendor or the sony company (As told by vendor).
                      This is totally unfair and against the govt guidelines. I therefore request your goodself to take an appropriate action against the fraud vendor.
                      Today i have handed over this 2yrs old product to the vendor m/s exclusie brand store.

                        I own a sony led tv: kdl - 55w950a in5 (Led) serial no: 4300147 since june 2013.
                        Now since around a year we have a red line showing up on the screen. We had complaint about it & were told it would require a change of panel however the panel would not be of same design.
                        Now i have bought one more sony tv of 43"last month.
                        Looking at my loyalty towards sony tv's even after a defect in my 55" tv i would request you to consider my request to replace by 55".

                          Hi we bought kdl-43950d android tv in january from a sony dealer vinod electronics in chittoor; while we are watching tv we have seen slight difference in display wethought might it's a problem with setup box we contacted them they said it's a tv problem then contacted sony servicecentre they took pics of tv and we have to change panel; when we were buying they tell us we dont get any problem it's the best company if bychance you face a problem we replace newtv but now they arent replacing please resolve this issue

                            We bought 48 full hd smart tv 64990 and tv is under warranty march to march now while watching tv suddenly display was coming and going it happens before also and one sound came n we noticed a break from sides.. We complained to sony company and our dealer girias.. Sony person came and clicked pics and went. We are calling everyday they replied it's physical damage we not even touched d tv. But they said it's a physical damage we are regular customer of sony and very disappointed with sony company' no responsibility to solve customers problem. Hope you vil do something about it.. As tired calling you all.

                              I bought sony experia m5 on march 2016. On oct 2016 it started showing issue and got replaced with other set as it was in warranty period. Replaced set's battery was getting drained within 3hr from 100% to 0% and now started giving display issue as well. Suddenly white horizontal lines are started getting displayed on screen. It is not even an year since it got replaced. If customer is paying 35k for a product they will expect that it will last atleast 1 year but this product is not able to sustain even a year even after keeping with so much care.

                                The service centre in guwahati assam is charging a high rate during warranty period and without any replacement of accessories. The service man only rubbed the cables with his hand and fixed them again and for that work he charged an amount of more than rs.1600.
                                Particulars - sony led 48r562c s/l-4522492
                                The service man did not give any money receipt and so i have made a payment of only rs.200. He told that the remaining amount will have to be paid online. And also they are very irregular. He came 3 days after i have placed the complaint.

                                  Sony service centre in Bangalore Abhivrudhi tech has the worst service and really disappointed with the way the service is handled.first they take 14 days to fix the issue.optical behind the woofer was damaged and then Bluetooth not working and the delivery van rash driving adding to worse experiences.

                                  I will never buy or recommend any one Sony brand.pathetic service the technical person does not know ABCD of the job come to my house to check the concern and worst the authorised centre knows it's a mistake and they don't have parts and are not ready to provide a letter or email saying this is an issue.

                                  Very bad service and Sony did let me down very badly, even if I get it for free will throw it in the garbage.

                                  U take delivery in two wheeler..instead of four wheeler, all cheats in this authorised centre from the time I bought the sound bar.

                                  Sony is the worst experience I had till date...

                                  No education of the sales man, just want to sell the product.

                                  I was made to wait for 3 hours in the authorised centre and strong want to register this complaint on the authorised Sony centre.

                                  I know the manager was up to some tricks and purposely delayed delivery saying parts are not available, such a big global company and acting like mixers and stingy people.

                                  I want an reply and apology letter from Sony for the hardship caused.

                                    Today when i visited your service centre here in new delhi, nehru place, ashok bhavan, your service representative named dinesh told me to pay an amount of rs.1200 for just two (2) screws for my laptop which was old as well, when i enquired about the amount & how can he charge such a high amount for just 2 screws he reduced the amount to rs.850, to which he responded that this is the least amount i will have to pay, then i asked him to give me some time and i will be back, in the mean while he fixed the screws in the laptop and when i returned i told him to take it back and that i don't want the service since i can't pay rs.850 - 1200 for just 2 screws and then he started to misbehaving, acting like a goon, he told me why i didn't you said before that you don't want the service and that people like you come for timepass, he was about to hit me and got violent and also other staffs favoured him. You people must expel and remove such goons from your service centre. All the staff members were corrupt. If you people don't remove him i will take this matter to the superitendent of police. How dare you people appoint such # in your company. Take immediate action. I have attached his picture.

                                      Request id : 4148479 : force closed by your end without any communication
                                      Request id : 41740408: still no action from your end

                                      Request id no 4148479 was registered on 20 aug 17. And it was force closed by your end. With out any information. When i called to know status of request i came to know it was force closed. Kindly provide details why it was force closed.

                                      After force closure of above request i have again registered new request for installation with request id no 41740408 on 30 aug.
                                      But again there is no communication from your end.
                                      I am waiting for installation of my led tv from 20 aug 17 and still no action from your end.
                                      Kindly provide details.
                                      This was very disappointing experience with sony india.
                                      Please let me know whether you are able to do installation r not.
                                      Please be transparent with your customer & don't give any false assurance.

                                        I have opened sony liv page in chrome. It has been already logged in with guest account where subscription is already purchased.
                                        Please look into the matter.

                                        I am very Huge fan of beyhadh nd especially Maya (Jennifer) but It does not telecast from 25th September...
                                        I had subscribed for Sony liv premium membership on 12th October and paid for the same by paytm. Now money has been deducted from my paytm account without my permission for this month also. I want full refund of my money and I also want to permanently unsubscribe for the premium membership immediately!!
