Now, last 5 months my mobile showing problem like, whenever i play video it's showing video can not play. And mobile suddenly goes silent mode & same problem audio also, & mobile's functions not operating,, it's so much hanging problem... So many screens opens,, screen is blinking.
For that i have visited service center 1/7/2017 at aurangabad, that time they are only updated mobile operating system & formatting my mobile in warranty. And they said u don't update mobile applications like video player, audio player & xperia system app,,, that within 1 day mobile showing same problem, it's not works videos & audio, then i visited again after 2wks 28/07/2017 service center, that time they said u don't use jio sim in this mobile and don't use memory card & they are again updated mobile operating system in my mobile. After that i m not using jio sim in my mobile, & not using memory card also but yet mobile showing same problem.
Then again i visited. On 10/08/2017. Sony service center that time they change my mobile's motherboard & i recived this mobile 22/08/2017. But yet mobile showing same problem.
They are not solved my problem, not recived my calls, then i m visited 3 times but the problems are continued and till now i am facing. But they are not responding me. They are not replace my mobile in warranty.
Sir, i have all the related documents... Sir, i just want all my money wasted by punching this mobile.. And compensation for the wasted day... I just wants my money else replace my mobile.
Yet my mobile in warranty..
