Sony India — complaint against my home theatre sony ht-bdv n7200 | |||||
Worse and terrible experience with the service center and customer care, job sheet no j72484708 in the span of 1 year before the warranty period i got two times same problem about optical device of my sony ht-bdvn7200, unable to view and play the content of bluray disc as well as hard disk content, first complaint was raised in the month of april 2017, technical visit done one of the executive varun from pranank electronics (Ph no [protected]) after 10 business days with job sheet no : j70965141 attached the same as a proof, after inspection of 21 days, the delivery agent (Auto driver) come along with the device he asked me to check, there is a noise while tray open/close informed the same to technical person varun as well as service center manager kumar (Ph no: [protected]) why because he is 0 knowledge person, then both replied they will arrange technical visit it has done after 1 week then confirmed and agreed that the noise occurred due to repair they promised that they will fix within 2 to 3 business days, there is no fix till now i followed up several times, they really tested my patience. Now in the month of september persists same problem with the optical device - unable to view and play the content of bluray disc as well as hard disk content, raised the complaint for the same with sony customer care with the request no: 42119041, job sheet no j72484708 technical visit done on 18/09/2017, he is furnished all the documents and photos of error message and again he confirmed that the problem the optical device need to be replace (The same resolution of previous done in the month of april 2017) till now there is no resolution its almost 45 days meanwhile followed up same executive varun as well as service manager kumar, no result till now. There is rude replies and irresponsible answers from the executive varun regarding resolution for my problem, first time he said it is in process to collect the device from home pickup, second time he said i thought the problem is rectified hence i not followedup, third time that is last night conversation he said raise the complaint with the customer care again, this is too ridiculous and irresponsibility, even though im very surprised there is no response from customer care team too. I really very disappointed after spending 300000 (3 lakhs for the hometheatre as well as tv waiting for a such a worse service factors, its too bad and worse experience i need immediate resolution otherwise i will approach the consumer court regarding the same, find attached screenshots for the same. I hope i need to dispose or recycle all sony products with me, its a too shameful maintaining such a worse service centers that too authorized. This is too irresponsible even sony india heads not responding and not following up the issues / problems, overall conveyed that i wasted my hard earned wasted by purchasing sony products that too 3 lakhs rupees Was this information helpful? | |||||
