I purchased Home theatre-HT-IV300//M on 9th jan, 2015 from sony centre guwahati, g.s road. the device was functioning properly till now, but recently it developed some problem, at which I contacted the dealer, who referred me to the service centre.on contacting the service centre which is a mere two minute walk from my house, they showed a laid back attitude and instead of coming to my house to inspect the snag they asked me to pick up the whole system and go to their place.I was shocked to hear such attitude from Sony personnel as the company claims high customer satisfaction benchmarks.this is not the first instance of this particular service centre at rajgarh road, when I went there to sort some issue of my Sony psp they told me to contact a local shop instead of wasting time there as they can't solve Sony psp issues at the so called exclusive Sony service centre.such behavior is not at all expected from a brand like Sony for whose products we customers pay premium than other brands, hope my matter will be resolved.
