Sony India — complaint ignored

I had given my phone at sony service centre, West of chord road, Bangalore on 13th june 2015. On Saturday 20th of June I received a call from the service centre saying that the estimated cost for repair would be 5614. On Monday 22nd June, I went to the service centre for paying the same. On 29th of June I went to check the status of mine and was surprised to know nothing has been done and they assured that my phone would be ready by 6th of July. When I went today 7th July I submitted my job sheet and the lady said my phone was repaired and they my phone encountered with some problem and they had to send it back. On demanding the new jobsheet they said your phone has not been sent for repair.When I asked my phone back and cash they said your phone is in factory and it will take 2 days to give it back to us without repairing. My complaint has been IGNORED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE. Now its almost been 20 days from the date of payment yet they my complaint has not been taken into account. I have personally visited the the service centre thrice demanding a job no. they kept saying we'll send it later and nothing has been done till date. WHY DO YOU HAVE SERVICE CENTERS? TO IGNORE COMPLAINTS? IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMERS GET? WHERE AM I SUPPOSED COMPLAINT ?
