Dear team,
I'm writing this mail with a unsatisfied & very bad experience with sony service centre team of lajpat nagar delhi
The radio set was handedover to this service centre in month of nov-18 as the set was not working, which returned back stating that batteries are down and they have checked the set it is fine but when checked with new batteries set still doesn't work.
Radio set was again given back to same service centre in month of dec-18 now i was updated that this set does not have warranty (It means when set was provided in nov month they have not checked anything just lied with customer)
Now today when i visited service centre to take my set back i was surprised the way this team take care of electronic items of customer the batteries was inside the set which were leaking in a manner that whole set was filled with leaking battery and even the desk of service centre has drop of same liquid coming out of batteries from radio set
Need to know who is responsible for damage this leaking batteries have done to my set and mishandling of customer items which are placed at service centre
Please note - on service centre employee request only i have handedover batteries along with set as they were not having batteries at their store to check the set. Was this information helpful? |
