There was a white dot in TV screen and it started spreading gradually and so we raised a complaint on 18-Apr which was attended on the same date. They said the screen has to be replaced and they will place an order for the screen.
Subsequently they took our tv for servicing only on 26-May-2016 (it took 1 month and 10 days) to recv a tv part, ridiculous. After which there were no calls from the service centre abt returning the TV. After we called they said they will fix the issue and give us the next day which is unethical. Very bad servicing and the life of Sony parts or the TV is very bad. We purchased only in 2010 but till date we have given it for servicing thrice which is awful Was this information helpful? |
