Sony India — COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED WITHIN STIPULATED TIME GIVEN BY SONY

Dear Sir I would like to inform you that 2 days back i have lodged a complaint through customer care dept of Sony Vide complaint no[protected] on dated 14/04/15 at about 10 am, and they told me that within 48 working hour's they resolved my problem. Today morning i have received a sms from sony that they were assigned my complaint to HAPPY CARE SERVICES, BHUBANESWAR PHONE NO[protected], but since long i am trying to contact over the phone no but it told me that same No is switch off.
