Sony India — complaint regarding not attending complaint | |||
I had given a complaint on 26th june regarding complaint not getting attended by m/s vigneshwar associates, bengaluru for my new sony tv, bought in dec16. There was a horizontal line coming on the screen. Now further kindly know the status. A new screen was brought and the old sreen was replaced with the new one. But the tv is not functioning now. The engineer mr. Manjunath, who replaced the screen was called and he examined the tv and said the tv is to be shifted to his service centre which he will do soon. This is yet to done. This is the condition of a sony product and the service centre. And top of all this there is no response to my earlier complaint of 26th june 2017. My service request id is40274377. I would request people who read this complaint to avoid sony products since not only they supply substandard material, but also have very poor after sales service. On top of that they do not respond to complaints also. Now atleast i expect the tv gets repaired, failing which i may have to take alternate steps. Was this information helpful? | |||
