Sony India — Complainting about product and service center

I purchased TV called Sony Bravia from Sony India before year ago and it's got problem and we given it to the Shimoga service center on 24 november 2015 and after two days i called them about to know the status they said that display is gone for that they said me to pay the amount of 34460.00 rupees and the product will be fine within 4 days, so i paid it on[protected]. but till today i din't get any information about my product status so i called them by[protected] and still the status of the product i din't get it and they said that i want wait for a one more weak to get my product repair. I called them before this by more than 3 to 4 times they saying that i need to wait for few more days i don't know what is going on over there and i'm not got any proper response from them.Because of this actions from them i'm feeling to never purchase their product. And also their customer care receiving system they are not providing the facility of speaking in regional language kannada. I kindly request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
