I had raised a request to check my LED TV on 16th July, which got assigned to A P Network Services Delhi. Ph.[protected] /[protected].
I was promised that the service engineer shall visit in 48 hours, but despite from calling at least 10 times to A P N/W Services, the engineer didn't turn up.
Every time they would take my complaint number, promise me to call back, which they never did.
On Sunday, 19th July, AP N/W Services assigned my request to their engineer, and after me calling them, they provided me the Engineer details. I contacted the Engineer, and requested to come early at my home, but he refused to come early, and said he shall come by 4:00 PM.
At 4:00 PM he didn't turn up either, but gave me a call at 4:17 PM. Somehow I missed the call, but I called him back just in 10 minutes (4:27 PM). Then I learnt from him that he had come to my building, and gave me a call. Since I didn't pick up the phone, he just left a message to some other house at ground floor (as he said) while my house is at first floor.
Despite from requesting him 7-8 times, he denied to come back (a delay of just 10 minutes), and said he may come back after 1.5 - 2 hours, once he finishes his pending assignments...
While the customer have been waiting for three days, this guy is not ready to wait for 10 minutes, approaches to the wrong home, doesn't intimate in advance as when he would be arriving, and now don't want to come back...
What a service...
Pathetic... Just one word.
