I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received for my Sony 1000 XM 4. The product was defective right from the factory purchase and I visited the service center within the warranty period. However, all they did was had software update. The problem still persisted and they denied giving a replacement
The issue I have been experiencing is with the battery, where the left earbud was draining to 0% in just 30 minutes, while the right earbud was draining to 0% in 1.5 hours.
Same goes for charging case then onwards I have been toss around like a ball from here and there
pathetic customer service
As a resolution, I would like to request a new replacement for the same product. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a resolution at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
