I have bought sony led android 43" tv [model kd 43x7500f] 4k on 11.11.2019 from bharat electronics & appliances [bea], coimbatore. I choose this product because of the sony is the best brand compared to other tv brands in world wide. But with in 11 months the tv is got repaired on 26.09.2019. I am really shocked about the quality of a product from sony. I made a complaint about the repair using sony toll free number for complaint registering. The complaint is taken care by my district service centre [sharon electronics, erode]. The service engineer initially identify that the power adapter board has not working, he said that the board need to order and it will take one week time. I said ok for the service engineer request. After that the service engineer came for replacing the old board by new ordered board. Again he said that the another board is also get repaired so again i have to order the board and it will takes one more week time. For this also i said ok, after a week the service engineer told that the tv need to call back to the service centre for replacing the board and we have to test the tv with long run. Everytime i need to call service centre and ask like when you will finish the repair? When you will dispatch the tv? But still the tv is not dispatched to my home. If i ask any question to them, they said the repair is over but we are not able to dispatch the tv because of vehicle is not available. And also they said due to raining we are not able to send the vehicle. Still i have not get received my tv. Finally it shows that sony is selling the poor quality/defective parts to the customer and no proper communication from sony service centre. I am totally disappointed about sony reputation.
