Sony India — Deficiency in service

My handset sony m4aqua purchased on 13 nov 2015, which is under warranty period, since last few weeks my mobile cemra, screen sensor, speker & nekwork is not working so I submitted my mobile to omkar service center at kalyan(w). which detail is job no. W[protected] dated 20 may 2016. now they are avoid my mobile warranty & asking to pay for repair. hence i am complaining to do the needful otherwise i need to proceed to consumer court for the same to claim my mobile warranty.
