Sony India — Delay in installation

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I have purchased one 24" LCD on this Sunday. This is delivered to me on Monday; since last 4 days I am sitting at home for the simple installation of the TV. But no one turns up yet. Such a poor service is not expected from SONY atleast. Please tell me what should I do ?
