Sony India — Delay in installation of TV

Dear sir, my name is ramesh banoth, we brought new sony bravia 40R48B tv from Bajaj Electronics last sunday, issuse is we havent installed it now, baja elactrnics guys saying you people is not suppoerting to them to customer installation thing.if you people doing like this how can customer can satisfied with your products, im loosing intreasted to feture buy from sony products, please support coustmers and increase the sale presentage of sony products thanks
