My bravia tv was not in order a month ago. I complained and service engineer visited and informed that screen was not working and to pay rs. 27641/- on acount of sony ind. It was informed that the tv will be replaced as it is in warranty period. I have paid the amount through neft on 15.09.2020. However, no replacement has been done till date. Kindly expedite the same.
I tried to call on customer care several times but service is so poor that when call is transferred to service section, no one receives the call even after lapse of 20-30 minutes.
