Sony India — Disappointed with Service

Hi, My Service ticket no is [protected] dated on 18th July 2015. It has been over 2 weeks still I am not getting a confirm answer from you support team as to when I would receive my cell. They just say last status is 'parts missing' on 20th July and they dont know anything else. This type of support is not expect from a brand like SONY and this had shaken my faith on your brand. Please its a sincere request to you that if you dont have the parts (or if I am not wrong dont know how to repair your know device) return my device, I would repair it myself at my own cost.
