Your reply to the SERVICE REQUEST No.1-[protected] is not at all satisfactory. The original board of the mobile was replaced with a used one during warranty period without the consent of the consumer arises a question on the credibility of Sony India and is also against consumer rights. I want to know only one thing from Sony India and not from Sony Service Center. “Is it a general policy of Sony India that in case of replacement during warranty period, the original board of the mobile is replaced with a used one ”.
