Sony India — exchange of damaged tv with new one

Address:No 25/11 Kesava Perumal Koil street, Mylapore, chennai 5, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600004

I had a 43 inch sony and the panel was damaged. Technician visited my home and suggested for a replacement offer. As the technician mentioned that is not possible to replace the panel (Sony hx75) i agreed for the replacement offer. I paid the difference amount of 55900 on june 25. It was told that it will take f10 working days for the new tv (Sony x8000g). It is now 14the day and i am not getting any updates from sony.

Having paid the money and not knowing when i will receive my tv is quite frustrating.

Service center : smart care after.
Damaged tv: sony hx75
New tv ordered : sony x8000g

My registered phone number : [protected]

I would like to escalate this to respective team as everything customer support gives me an update i will get a call back and i am not getting anything.
