I brought Sony Z2 Xperia on 18th May 2012. which also covered Accident Repair Warranty. While buying the phone, they promised that if anything happens to my phone, it will be repaired immediately. My phone broke down and I gave it to Authorized Service Center ( Sonnet Care, Bangalore). Since it was under accidental warranty, they sent it for approval and called me next day that my phone has gone for repair. I will get it back in 15 days. It is already 15 days now and there is no response from them. When I called today, the lady said that she does not have any status because they do not have repair parts for phone available. Besides, the agency does not have a backup phone for me even though they claim that they give a same phone during the period of repair. I am not apprehensive whether they will put any genuine parts on the phone.
I am aghast at the response from Sony for a phone which is just few months old. With those claims earlier, they should not have put me through this ordeal and should have given me a new piece altogether immediately.
I am feeling so frustrated and regretting my decision of buying Sony Z2 Xperia.
