Sony India — facing issue with my bravia tv since 2013 kindly solve my problem | |||
Hello, sir/ma'am I hemang fichadiya let you know that i'm using many of sony products i. E bravia tv, vaio laptop, blue ray dvd player, xperia phones, memory card, etc But i am very unhappy with service and quality of sony products. My words might be rough i'm apologizing for it in advance. Since i have purchased a sony bravia led tv model no: kdl32ex520 on the date of 23/02/2012 at cost of 44000inr well i purchased blue-ray dvd player model number dvpse660 just because i liked sony company most. Image. Png After one year of purchasing my tv, i have started facing problems with my tv. Likewise in the month of november 2013 got one red line in the middle of my tv screen. I have one photo of that i would like to share it here. Image. Png As shown in the above picture i got this red line in the middle of my tv screen. So i contacted customer care as well as the local service center for the same. So they had told us to pay 16000 inr to change your led display. So we requested them for not to pay this much amount. So they got approval from sony company and sony waived charged for a new display and just asked us to pay transportation charge for the same. And i'm very thankful to sony for a waived cost of the new display. And we paid them 1714 inr for transportation cost on date of 16/11/2013 and i got this receipt from them. Image. Png After one month of this replacement, my new display occurred the new problem. With this problem, my tv screen got big line on a tv screen. As shown below Image. Png So, lodge a complaint again to a service center and they came to us and again changed led display. But after exactly one year in the month of november 2014, my tv display again got some technical issues and this time tv screen totally wiped out nothing was appearing on tv screen it just looks like tv is in off condition but actually it is powered on so again we contact to service center and they told visited us and charged us 200 inr and told us to pay for new display as it cost 15330 inr this was 1/3 of actual price of new tv. But we did not care about our money and paid for it and we got receipt again and i'm sharing that with you Image. Png They changed the display on 06/11/2014 total cost till the date of 06/11/2014 is 44000 for a new tv +200 for visted your executive +1714 for transportation cost +200 for visted your executive +15330 for new display in 2014 — 61, 444/- inr But dear sir once again in the month of november 2018 my led tv facing an issue in a display. This time my tv screen constantly flickering and picture which is showing on tv is not proper. It is overlapping and blinking. Here is example Image. Png So i again contact customer care and service center they told me that we have to pay 16000 inr +200 consulting fees again. By adding this my total cost would reach at 77, 644/- inr sir i didn't buy this tv for paying this much amount of maintaining cost and service charges sir we are middle-class family how could i afford this much of amount. Sir i'm kindly requested you to send your executive at my home and request him to take my tv back to your company. You guys don't have to need to pay me for that. I'm not expecting money for this i just need metal peace. Kindly i request to solve my issue as soon as possible if i get a solution for this i feel very peaceful.
