Horrible sony center customer service
they gave us faulty phone and now denying to replace it.

we were given very horrible after sale service. It was like our biggest mistake of life time. Phone got defective just in 7 days time and we are completely helpless. We would definitely like to aware all citizen of india to not to purchase any sony product from concerned distributor.

Kindly request you to please assist in the same. Our phone is with sony center and they said it would be returned after a month. Pathetic sony center.
