1. Laptop submitted to J.P. electronics (Sony Authorized Service Centre) on 07th of October
2. Again, pathetic attitude of staff towards customers/they need to improvise on their professional well being.
3. Staff here fails to : 'i' Impress the customer
'ii' Not just impress, but they sit in such a manner, that the service centre feels more of a social hub
'iii' Don't know how to serve a customer; i don't know how are they not ashamed of not helping one properly
'iv' Poor customer relation management
'v' If such is the service and remains so, I'm never going to buy a sony product again, and wont even reccomend it to any of my mates; makes a customer feel like he's standing in a tea-stall in a queue waiting for his cup of tea.
4. The estimate of the motherboard replacement is of around Rs. 14500.
5. Since this is an internal fault, why shall i pay? Simple.
6. This has been such a buggy laptop since its day one, the motherboard itself has been replaced three times in the past three years, and other things were done too. Such faulty laptop? Seriously?
