I've purcahsed a new SONY LED tv at 21st Jan 2015, but from starting, light reflect from a point which is on screen and other one is LED screen has not been properly attached with its Panel.New LED tv is defected in two other things.So i want that my LED tv should have exchanged due to i've purchase nearly and it is defected from starting.I've already register a complaint regarding this to Sony customer care at 23rd Jan 2015 because it has been installed on 22nd Jan 2015 evening.Bt yet now my LED TV has not exchanged yet.So pls take action on that and exchange my LED tv from SONY company on urgent basis. Light reflect from a point which is on screen. LED screen is not properly attached with its outer panel, so some internal part shown on the top of screen.So kindly take action on Sony and exchange my LED tv on urgent basis.My contact number is [protected] and [protected].
