Sony India — faulty display bravia 4k | |||
I had purchased sony bravia led 4k tv (8 oct '19) which sony's marketing advt. Represented that the product is world class with only one of a kind triluninous 4k hdr life like crytal clear display and free from any defect. The new tv display had spots and dark patches like fungus which kept on growing and within 2 months of purchase were clearly visible on the display. The sony repair team didn't replace the faulty tv but said that they have cleaned it and if the same problem occurs again you can get it repaired again. The advertisement info of product shown to me while purchase was wrong/false & therefore i was induced to make the buy decision based on a wrong/false marketing representation which while exercising my best diligence and judgment could not be tested and verified. I request to replace the product as the only usp on which it was sold is faulty and the service resolution is not reliable and is subject to default again and again causing problem and inconvenience to the consumer.
