Dear concerns,
I am highly unsatisfied and harassed with the approach of your mobile service centre and the mobile.
I have purchased sony experia L on 05/02/2014. In last 8 months I had to visit your authorised service station of Baroda for 5 times. All the time with same issue of network. 2-3 month phone works properly and again one fine day network completely disappears.
First time issue appear ed just after 1 month of purchase and your service station took around 5 days to solve the issue. They assured that now such issue will never come but just after 2-3 month same happened. Again 3 days back same problem came. I gave mobile at your service station on 19/11/2014. On 20th morning 8:00 a.m I received sms from sony that mobile is ready. I visited your authorised service station around 11:30a.m. Service station gave me mobile and said it is repaired and ready for use. I inserted sim card in front of your employees at service station and it was a big shock for me as mobile issue was as it is. Your service station employee asked me to come in evening.
In evening I called on your toll free number[protected] and enquired for my mobile status. Overthere I was informed that mobile is ready from 4:30pm.
But today when I visited to collect my mobile your service station people said that it will take a weak time.
Now, I can't understand why I am harassed for so many times. Second, what is the guarantee that it will not encounter same issue again. Third, after 3 months my warranty will lapse than who is going to pay for this issue if it again appear. Fourth, who is going to give me compensation for for my time waste and again and again changing mobile which in turn create cyclic issues of contacts and data transfer etc.
This is highly undesirable and criminal approach of harassment because of faulty mobile peace.
Please revert me with reasonable and satisfying answer.
