The The director sales Sony india ltd. Sub : faulty power bank Dear sir, I bought a sony 32 inch led tv from a local (Midnapur) shop called ‘the great eastern’. I was suppose to get a gift along with my purchase but unfortunately the gift in the form of a power bank was delivered to me in october 2017, after keeping me awaiting for nine months. The same power bank has been malfunctioning since the last week of november. A few days ago when i took the gadget to the local sony service center in midnapur town they neither agreed for replacement nor for repair. Though it is clearly marked on the packet showing one years warranty. At last after a long conversation with them they received the faulty gadget from me, the receipt of which is enclosed here. The said service center was supposed to give me a feedback after two days, but they didn’t. Obviously i am expecting a quick response. Would you please sort out this matter at your earliest possible convenience and make me happy so that a healthy relationship continues with the sony corporation.
