[Resolved]  Sony India — Faulty products from sony and they dont bother to replace them as well

This is with great disappointment I am writing this mail. I purchased a sony xperia z on July 6th(by paying 29990 Rs.) with great enthusiasm( to regret later). The first week went well with no problem 2nd week onwards the mobile used to switch OFF and ON automatically I thought it may be due to some software update or something and then on 19th July it went down completely never to start again. On 21st July I went to sony service center and gave the mobile. They said they will check and will let me know. After that It was very difficult to get any updates from them(don’t remember how many times I called them) and finally they told that there is some mother board problem and it has to be sent back. I asked them for a replacement mobile which any one will do .. to which they said they cannot replace the mobile with new one because sony's policy says that if a mobile encounters any problem within a week of purchase then they shall replace. So ultimately mine was 2 weeks old.. so it’s an old mobile now(for you guys 2 years old which cannot be replaced)..and it cannot be replaced(a total crap policy which I don’t care). And also after 3 days I got a spare mobile to use.. And yesterday when I called they said that they cannot open any of the Xperia Z mobile to repair the hardware and they will provide me a refurnished mobile to which I asked what does a refurbished mobile mean.. they said its neither a new one nor an old one... so Ultimately I paid 30000 rupees to use a mobile which is a equivalent to a 2nd hand stuff as its neither new nor old... You may come up with some * mark some where in a document written in font size equal to one giving details about something and saying that you guys are not responsible... I don’t care about anything now... What I know is I have paid 30000 Rs. and I need a new mobile as it was your fault that the mother board encountered some problem. The biggest mistake I made is purchasing a sony product.. no value for customers .. pathetic service centers... Don’t worry guys now I have made up my mind... I won’t just sit Idle if i dont get a new mobile i am going to take you on social network like anything.. I lost my 30000 but I will make sure that my friends and their friends and their friends know about this... If still it doesn’t work out and you guys shamelessly come out and say we cannot provide ..then will take you guys to consumer court... even if that means I have to spend some more money... and even if I lose their .. which I dont see happening because it’s my hard earned money that I spent to buy some crap product that you guys are selling... I will be happy thinking that at least I fought against some cheaters... vouching to never buy any sony stuff again. JobI ID : W[protected]
