Sony India — Faulty Sony Bravia TV and poor response of Vashi service center | |||||
Our Sony Bravia 32" LED tv (serial no 2486115) started showing lines on the screen and when we complained about it at Vashi service center, they said the screen may have to be replaced. They promised to provide estimate but never got back until we called repeatedly. After that they took Rs 8, 000/- as advance on21/11/2015 but never replied back. After multiple calls now they are saying it is not in stock. It is disappointing that service center at Vashi rarely returns calls, takes advance for parts that they say is not in the stock and are now not providing the requisite service. The real problem with the center at Vashi is that they do not provide proper response, misguide and waste customer time. We purchased the TV due to strong brand value of Sony but never knew their star product Bravia series has such a short life and their service is so lazy. Was this information helpful? | |||||
