As They had Congratulated me on buying this product as proud owner mentioned inside the leaflet in the Box. Only the battery wanted to be replaced first they said it'll cost me around 2000 Rs to replace the battery. Then After a week they said audio jack and speaker are also damaged so the service Cost wld be 5800 Rs. I protested saying the phone was in working conditions except the battery which lasted only 30 Mins. Then they agreed and said Water proofing need to be replaced so it'll cost you 5800 /-. Then Again I protested, stop making fool of me, then they said without water proofing it'll cost you 2400 Rs. I agreed OK do it. Now they again today came back to me saying the Frame is damaged, it'll cost you 5800 as Said earlier. Allow me to congratulate you on running such a freak show called Sony Service with your hired Jokers for employees. I've asked to return my handset as it is, I'll never buy a Sony Product Again. And I Said Thank You for such a wonderful After Sales Service extended to me.
