Dear Sir, I have purchased KLV-32R482B model TV bearing serial no. 3296227 on 10.10.14 from local dealer. Though the dealer was requested for arranging wall mount installation, it could not be done till 19.10.14. Then I sent a mail on 20.10.14 to sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com <sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com> for the said work. I was given a reference No. 21689588 for any future correspondence on the subject. Scanned copy of Warranty Card & Invoice Bill has also been sent at the above mail id. But it is sorry to say that my request for wall mount service has not been taken care of till date.
