Sony India — Frequent Hanging problem in XPERIA E3 Set

I Have purchased SONY EXPERIA E3 from your Sakchi, Jamshedpur Outlet on 31.10.2014.Its INVOICE No -1485 & TIN No -[protected]. Set no[protected].From last one month set is hanging very frequently.I used to visit your service center .They simply open its back cover & by pressing off switch and again restart it. After restarting, they are saying there is no problem & also suggest to do the same thing when it hanged. Now I want to know hanging in your EXPERIA E3 is normal phenomena or it is a problem. I suggest you to kindly do the need full otherwise I have to move consumer forum. I am very much upset from this set. Thanks.
