Sony India — got damage and faulty piece in replacement

Respected sir I am got damage pice today. In replacement. I don't think it's a new piece. I received my new Xperia z1 today in replacement. This piece is very slow and it's not charging battery. Not even show sign of charging in display. Please help me I am continuously receiving fault piece from company. What can I do.? Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you Attached today's copy of received piece.
