Dear sony,
My tv is not working, and i complain on 15th nov 2017. It's been 2.5 months but there is no proper response from your local authorised service centre.
Firstly your technician mr. Vimal said that he will check the spares and he will get back to us regarding spares availability and estimate cost. We always follow vimal for his feedback but in vain. Finally, we contacted sony service centre as well as the local service centre. They said my spare is not yet approved.
Now my spares are approved but till now no response from service centre.
Kindly look after my complaint as mentioned in subject.
