Sony India — Handset problem in next day to purchase

I purchase a handset of Sony m4 aqua at 13/11/2015 handset have default problem but due to i m working so far so i deposit in service center at 08/12/2015 they told me it will take 2 days to resolve your problem but today is 23rd dec. 2015 still they are not saying that when they can Deliver my handset. kindly help me as soon as possible.
